Get the processid of the process
Enumrate the handles using ServiceEnumHandles
Iterate through the HandleList and set the handle status to inherit using ServiceSetHandleStatus
Start the child process with the inherited handle as parameter using ServiceStartProcess.

使用ServiceEnumHandles枚举句柄
遍历HandleList并使用ServiceSetHandleStatus将句柄状态设置为可继承
使用ServiceStartProcess以继承的句柄作为参数启动子进程。
